30 miles, "moderate" few hills

Start from Roths at 1401 Monmouth Street in Independence, Oregon. Ride through historic Independence to Camp Adair and the E.E. Wilson Wildlife Refuge. Allow time to explore the deserted WW II training camp and see a variety captive game birds, all free. Restroom available, no food services. Small lake is stocked with trout for fishing. Interpretive Radio on AM 1140. E.E. Wilson website. Enjoy this route and other great rides with the Salem Bicycle Club.
